A path with good prospects: Apprentice bricklayer Fabrice Manz.

Building a protective dam with a crawler excavator? Compacting a road surface on the roller? Or demolishing buildings up to 23 meters high in the high reach demolition excavator? Maybe Fabrice will one day drive a heavy construction machine from the Volken Group. His apprenticeship as an EFZ bricklayer will definitely pave the way for him. "I like being outdoors by nature, so I'll get my money's worth - also in terms of working as a craftsman in a well-coordinated group." When his three-year basic apprenticeship ends in 2023, a wide range of opportunities will open up for him in the construction industry. He can train to become a construction machine operator, become a foreman, or advance to construction foreman, for example.
We wish Fabrice all the best for the future and are happy to support him in his career.
