A road gets the curve: Scheitwäga rehabilitation

Before the new Scheitwäga curve near Visperterminen can be rehabilitated, the Volken Group is removing around 1260 m3 of fill material. In addition, 245 meters of pipelines and three inlet and control shafts will be constructed. Only when these components have been completed will the 296 tons of road surface be laid. Work began at the beginning of June. According to the client, the Canton of Valais (Department of Mobility), the curve should be rehabilitated in November 2022.
