As exciting as it is challenging: construction of electricity pylons
The terrain is steep, the task complex and the time frame given: Above Bister, the Volken Group is building foundations for several electricity pylons that will carry the new 380 kV line from Mörel to Ulrichen. The project, which also includes the surrounding work, challenges the construction specialists on a daily basis. In this impassable terrain, every formwork element, the concrete and the walking excavator have to be flown in by helicopter.
