Construction work at Cour de Gare

Together with the companies Gebr. Zengaffinen AG and Dumas SA, the Volken Group is realising the shell for the Cour de Gare project in Sion as part of the Consortium CDG. Six buildings with 302 flats, office space, shops, a hotel and a conference and concert hall for the city are being built near the railway station. A multi-storey car park with 625 spaces is planned. The new quarter will form an extension of the centre and old town of Sion, according to HRS. The owner is Credit Suisse Fondation de Placement, and the developer is Cour de Gare - Sion SA. The first residents are expected in autumn 2024.
