Equipped for maximum safety: a training day that makes our team stronger

Last Saturday, around 40 people from the Volken Group's scaffolding team spent the whole day working and learning intensively together with the "Occupational Health & Safety" department. From personal fall protection equipment (PPE) to life-saving basics in scaffolding construction - we covered everything. The topic of fall protection on roofs and handling the Kratos rescue equipment was particularly important. Those who did not yet have a certificate for the correct slinging of loads were able to complete this on the day, while others were given a refresher course. With five different exercise stations, our employees had the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice and improve their skills. At the end of the day, we had not only learned a lot, but also achieved an increased level of safety awareness. After all, our ultimate goal is for each and every one of us to return to our families safe and sound in the evening. Safety concerns us all - and we are happy to invest in our employees to achieve this goal.
