At the Leukerfeld concrete and pavement plant, the largest and most efficient of its kind in the Volken Group, the management of construction materials is firmly under control - thanks to intelligent technology and a drone. Within minutes, it flies over the site according to a defined route, scans the data of materials and transmits it to the Trimble Stratus program. This results in informative 3-D models. This allows plant management to see at a glance on the screen what the capacity situation is like. This prevents bottlenecks, ensures replenishment and guarantees a steady flow of materials.
