"Living in the countryside with urban flair - ideal for all speeds and phases of life". This is the philosophy behind the Stadtgrün development in Glis, which is being realized by H3 Immobilien AG. There will be 15 apartments with a shared underground parking garage and two commercial premises. We started the master builder work last week. First of all, the building site is being surveyed. The surveying is being carried out using state-of-the-art technology. On the ground using a robotic station and in the air with a specially equipped drone, which is able to create a digital terrain model. We can then start work on the floor slab.
