Our teams consist of people from all over the world who work hand in hand with one another.
Which stone fits best where? That's probably what the masons in ancient Egypt were already asking themselves. Perhaps it is also this fascination that motivated Jemy Naumann to start his bricklaying apprenticeship with the Volken Group this summer: "For me, it is one of the best professions. It's so varied and it's so much fun to work as part of a team. It would be much too boring for me in the office." No wonder, he also learns a lot of different things at the vocational school one day a week. In addition to mathematics, building materials and technical drawing, the curriculum also includes business and the environment, execution basics, order monitoring and other subjects. Those who perform very well at school can also attend the vocational baccalaureate school during their basic training. This opens the door to a career in construction.
We wish Jemy Naumann nothing but the best on his career path!
