Versatile, flexible and fast: the team of our workshop.

As different as the skills and tasks of our workshop employees are, there is one thing they all appreciate about their job: At the Volken Group, new challenges await them every day. That's how workshop manager Albert Hagen, who has been with us for 40 years, sees it: "I keep track of things and draw up the weekly schedules, accept orders, assign work and obtain quotes for spare parts." Much of the work is routine, but improvisation is also required. It doesn't matter whether the team maintains machines or trucks, locks or welds, changes tires or does repairs in the field. These are all very varied jobs, Tatjana agrees: "I appreciate always learning something new." The concrete pumps are very demanding, says Ali: "If they are clogged, we have to clear them of concrete quickly using air pressure or our own pump. Otherwise, there could be a lot of damage."
