Well anchored: Valjetting for the Résidences Guernerés

Already more than 10 years ago, the excavation pit for the new hotel building was dug and temporarily secured. At present, the Valjetting company of the Volken Group is reinforcing it with 72 strand anchors from Stahlton AG. In addition, a section is being secured with a 30-ton steel structure and shotcrete. Drilling anchors that reach 18 to 27 meters deep at this height is no easy task. In addition to special know-how and a great deal of experience, a great deal of intuition is also required. For this demanding project, our specialists from the foundation engineering department use several drilling rigs from the Volken Group.
