Working safely at height: Lifting platform training.

Mobile lifts are practical and versatile: Only those who are trained to use them can work safely with them. This is why employees of the Volken Group completed a course at Imboden Baumaschinen AG in Raron at the end of February. For one day, course instructor Urs Schirmer from Imboden Baumaschinen AG led participants through topics such as occupational safety, fall prevention, ground support pressure and more. All participants were introduced to theory and practice, practiced using various lifting platforms and completed the course with an exam.
