Around Turtmann

Turtmann is a small municipality with about 1000 inhabitants and is centrally located in the Rhone Valley. In less than 30 minutes, you can reach the holiday destination of Leukerbad, the cantonal capital of Sion, and the up-and-coming industrial town of Visp.

In addition, the village lies directly at the entrance to the Turtmanntal, which offers numerous adventurous hiking trails in summer, such as the hike up the Barrhorn at 3610 m.a.s.l. In winter, first-class prepared ski slopes await you in Eischoll in addition to the skiing destination of Leukerbad. Here and in Unterems, there are many fabulous snowshoe trails.

Shell & construction

Construction

Foundation and walls in the basement in concrete. Ground and upper floors in brick masonry and concrete, calculated according to increased earthquake standards (SIA260ff.). Flat partition walls in concrete. False ceilings in reinforced concrete with floating underlays for impact sound and thermal insulation.

Facade

Exterior walls in concrete with mineral plastered exterior thermal insulation, insulated to Minergie standard.

Roofing work

Pitched roof with double seam metal roofing.

Windows

Windows in plastic-metal with triple insulating glazing, U -value 0 .7 W / m 2 K . Room with tilt and turn sash. Loggia with a large lifting-sliding door.

Shading

Folding roller shutters are electrically operated including roller shutters are Loggia with vertical awning, electrically operated.

Plumbing work

All copper plumbing work.

Balconies / Terraces

Loggia with wooden grating-covered seating area on the ground floor and terrace in the attic with cement slabs (50 /50).

The all-inclusive price includes:

  • Turnkey flats ready for occupation, including the corresponding share of land, in a completed overall complex with surroundings.

  • All finishing and installation work to the extent specified in the building specifications.
  • All fees for geologists, surveyors, architects, building physicists, acousticians, civil engineers, and building services engineers are required to construct the building.

Sales information

Remarks on special requests Colours and individual materials can be selected by the buyer based on samples.

Construction dates

The first stage construction (MFH A / B) will begin in spring 2018. The first two houses will be completed in autumn 2019. House C is currently in the planning stage and will be completed if there is sufficient demand.
