What is your job?
- Administration within the entire employee lifecycle (e.g. entries/leavings, contract changes, mutations, etc.)
- Processing salary administration from A to Z (employee base of 300 people)
- Hours controlling and time management
- Support throughout the entire recruitment process (advertisement, pre-selection, interviews, etc.)
- Advice on labor law issues and implementation of innovations
- Support in the design and implementation of effective HR strategies
- Participation in HR projects and communication as an interface between managers and employees
What do you bring to the table?
- Basic commercial training or similar
- Further training in HR and ideally in payroll or social insurance
- Sound knowledge of HR or payroll administration
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in German, good knowledge of Italian and French is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Discretion and integrity
