What is your job?
- Organizational talent: You keep track of all workshop activities, create weekly schedules, procure materials, manage stock levels and efficiently allocate tasks within the team.
- Communication professional: You are the interface between other departments, suppliers and your team. You accept orders, obtain quotes and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Problem solver: You find quick and creative solutions when things get stuck. Whether it's machine maintenance, truck repairs, locksmith work or tire changes - you make sure that everything runs smoothly.
- Quality watchdog: You ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations for all maintenance and repair work.
- Office hero: You keep logs, reports and maintenance documentation to ensure that work is tracked and transparency is guaranteed.
What do you bring to the table?
- Experience: You already have experience in managing a workshop or a comparable position.
- Technical know-how: You are very familiar with construction machinery, vehicles, repairs and workshop processes.
- Leadership qualities: You motivate your team, promote their strengths and create a positive working atmosphere.
