Project description:
The construction work was carried out by the consortium Walpen AG (50%) / Frutiger AG (50%).

The complex is founded on 317 in-situ concrete piles. All pile heads were milled off.
The floor slab was very complex, with recesses up to 2.50 m deep.
The building has a total of 5 storeys. All ceilings and load-bearing walls were constructed in in-situ concrete. Various precast concrete elements such as ceiling slabs, concrete beams and stair elements were installed. The infill masonry was constructed in sand-lime brickwork.
