Project description:
Due to the proximity of the existing buildings, the excavation pit was excavated in vertical stages using shotcrete and anchors. In the course of the excavation work, existing pipes had to be continuously relocated. On the one hand, adjustments were made to the existing complex and on the other, a new 3-storey building was constructed using conventional in-situ concrete construction methods.
