• 350 m³ concrete
• 230 m² of masonry made of sound-absorbing bricks
• 10 prefabricated stairs of exposed concrete
• 98 prefabricated fire protection elements

Object description:

The senior center St. Michael was extended and topped up. Since there were no alternative options for the residents, they remained in the building. The work was therefore carried out while the senior center was in full operation. This meant that noise emissions had to be kept to a minimum.

Special requirements:

• Construction work on and on the retirement home building, retirement home was always in operation
• Exposed concrete walls and concrete stairs type 4.1
• Existing concrete roof projection, had to be cut and removed
