Wherever football is played, there needs to be enough space. This is the only way to ensure safety on and off the pitch. With a width of just under 25 meters, however, the pitch was very narrow and also posed a safety risk
For this reason, the Volken Group removed three meters of the multi-purpose sports field and widened it by 10 meters on the valley side with a 10-meter-high and 85-meter-long green wall (TerraMur).
Special requirements:
The construction of the up to 10 meter high green wall (TerraMur) on the valley side was the decisive factor for a successful project. Thanks to the use of personnel with the necessary experience in the construction of such support systems, this could be executed flawlessly.
In addition, the tightly scheduled program for the follow-up work (lawn, fences, etc.) was adhered to.
