Object description:
The municipality's new flood protection concept provides for the existing Lüegilchi water channel to be extended by means of lateral embankment filling. In this context, the existing culvert of the cantonal road will be enlarged by means of a corrugated steel profile. In addition to the HWS measures, a section of the existing cantonal road was also raised in the area of the culvert for project-related reasons.
Special requirements:
The work had to be carried out during the low water period. In addition, one lane had to be maintained for the work within the perimeter of the cantonal road. The construction of the new culvert (corrugated steel profile) was therefore carried out in two stages.
