Property description:
There were buildings on the construction site. We professionally removed and disposed of the contaminated sites and then demolished the buildings and professionally recycled or disposed of them in accordance with the applicable environmental protection guidelines.
Due to the proximity of existing buildings in the south-east to south-west area of the plot, the excavation pit was excavated vertically in stages. This area was secured using shotcrete and anchors.
The basement of the entire complex was constructed in in-situ concrete and as a white tank. The ceilings of the floors above are in-situ concrete and the surrounding walls are a combination of in-situ concrete and brickwork.
The development comprises five building complexes. Four of them have a basement, a ground floor, three upper floors and a parapet and one building also has a 2nd basement floor.
