Description of the project:
This is a commercial building designed for leisure activities. The building is founded on piles and a floor slab.
The surrounding walls on the ground floor and partly on the upper floor are made of in-situ concrete. The ceiling above the ground floor is prestressed. The roof construction consists of glued wooden beams.
