Property description:
The new technical goods receiving area is being built in the existing A07-East hall, which dates from the 1990s. The wasteland in front of it will be converted into a vehicle yard and connected to the internal road network with two new level crossings. The exterior appearance of the hall will remain unchanged. Windows, doors, and three goods receiving ramps for delivery trucks and lorries will be installed in the existing facades. The interior of Hall A07-East will be equipped with logistics facilities for goods receiving and a two-story extension consisting of offices, break rooms, cloakrooms, toilets, and technical rooms.
