Property description:
In front of the new I09 operations building, a total of eight secured areas (floor slabs) were created as storage areas for hazardous materials.
Requirements:
The work was carried out in the central Lonza/IBEX area. The adjacent roads had to remain open to traffic at all times during the construction work. The construction site had to be set up accordingly and the work coordinated with operations. In addition, the work was carried out in parallel with other work being carried out on building I09.
All construction work was carried out in compliance with Lonza's strict safety regulations (EHS manual).
