His team already misses him: all the best, retiree Pirmin Burgener

"For 8 years, I was able to make a big difference as a machine operator for the Volken Group. Before that, I spent 28 years at the construction company Martig und Bürgi, which was integrated into the Volken Group in 2015," says Pirmin Burgener, who retired at the end of 2023. "The mast construction for the Kühboden cable car in Fiesch was particularly impressive, where I took on a lot of responsibility and was often left to my own devices. I liked that just as much as the appreciation I was always shown. This is another reason why I wish my former employer continued success." The Volken family bids farewell to the newly retired Pirmin with a heartfelt thank you for his great commitment and hopes that he can enjoy his well-earned retirement.
