In addition to our role as a general contractor, we also carry out buildings as a management construction company, where we take care of both the planning and its execution.
Logistics with brains & brawn
Every building site is different – if you are building in a valley, you are able – conveniently – to be on site, easiy deliver materials and work with maximum efficiency. The situation is different for construction sites in the mountains – on Riederalp, for example. Here, steep and often difficult-to-access terrain demands more complex organisation. Instead of trucks, the construction materials arrive here by cable car and then have to be distributed by small trucks. Thanks to our extensive experience in varied environments, you – as a building owner – can always rely on the Volken Group's smooth logistics.
Stone by stone & floor by floor
We know which materials are used when and where, and we transport them to the construction site on schedule. Much of what the Volken Group constructs in the Valais consists of regional raw materials and prefabricated elements from our own production. This saves valuable time, makes us less dependent on suppliers and gives you the security of knowing that your building only contains first-class products.

The single-sided anchoring of the modern PERI frame formwork allows up to 50% faster working than conventional systems. In addition, it offers maximum safety for our employees thans to its directly attachable platforms and guardrails.

Year after year, the Volken Group builds apartment buildings and sizeable developments of residential units at the bottom of the Valais Valley. These projects form our core expertise. They also include challenging construction work such as the construction of car parks in groundwater areas, or the raising of walls and façades in exposed concrete.

This is also why we can offer any conceivable master building services – from securing the excabation pit and supplying concrete for prefabricated staircases and the final finish to the top floor.
