Living the way you like it: detached house in Fieschertal
The Volken Group has also been at home building homes for decades. One of its latest projects is a detached house currently under construction in Fieschertal. The first floor has already been completed. A total of 350 cubic meters of concrete are being used. Some of this is exposed concrete for the walls in the stairwell. This requires increased care when forming the formwork and processing the concrete. This alone requires 10 tons of reinforcement material. The shell is finished with 256 square meters of brickwork and 192 square meters of facing formwork. The client is the head of our building materials laboratory, Tobias Zeiter. He is already looking forward to moving into his own four walls.
