Not an easy job: heavy haulage on the move.

"Every day is different and brings something new, but I like challenges," says Andreas Anthamatten, driver at the Volken Group. Thanks to his great driving skills and many years of experience, he drives his Scania R660 V8 6x4 safely and reliably. This is a challenging task, as the heavy transport semitrailer weighs up to 120 tons when loaded and is around 21 m long when extended. The special vehicle is equipped with a V8 660 hp engine to ensure that it arrives safely wherever it is needed - including gear ratios, fully automatic Opticruise and an additional clutch for maneuvering.
