Strong environmental influences and increased traffic can damage structures over the years and make repair work necessary. The Volken Group implements several such measures every year. For example, a road retaining wall is currently being renewed in Fürgangen and a forest road in Oberwald that has been badly affected by rainfall is being equipped with a rain gutter and renovated.
