Project description:

Close to the swimming pool and sports field, on Lavendelweg in Visp, the Binapark II residential development is being built in a 2nd stage. The development consists of 3 apartment buildings (21 residential units). In the basement, all 3 buildings are connected by a large parking garage (33 parking spaces).

Requirements:

  • Parking garage in groundwater (white tank waterproofing)
  • Walls, ceilings and floor slab in in-situ concrete
  • Groundwater lowering
  • Balcony ceilings and walls all in exposed concrete
