Object description:

We carried out the extensive preparatory work for the planned new construction of the "Oberwallis Hospital Center". Among other things, this included the excavation work for the new parking garage including the necessary excavation pit closures by means of anchor walls, the relocation of all existing service lines located in the new construction perimeter, as well as the execution of all new service lines in connection with the new hospital building.
The scope of work also included the construction of an in-situ concrete energy tunnel for the future electrical access to the new hospital, the retaining walls at the entrance to the new parking garage, the construction of three infiltration boxes, two compact pump shafts, the relocation of a wet waste and rainwater tank and the installation of various electrical and water shafts.

Special requirements:

All work is carried out directly in or adjacent to operational areas of the Brig hospital (hospital operations, operating wing, radiology, etc.) and the senior citizens' residence.
Accordingly, the work had to be carried out with the lowest possible emissions and with appropriate measures regarding noise, dust, vibrations and environmental emissions.
Furthermore, the relocation of the utility lines had to be carried out without interrupting the hospital's existing supply network (electricity and water).
