Property description:

The farm tracks provide access to agricultural land and farms in the agricultural zone. Farm tracks are subject to aging and wear and tear. Periodic maintenance (PWI) involves repairing road profiles (reprofiling) and renewing surface layers (e.g., wearing course on gravel roads, surface treatment on paved roads). PWI preserves the value and functionality of the extensive agricultural infrastructure.
