Property description:
Renovation excavation, especially in a residential area, poses a major organizational challenge. As can be seen from the plans, each plot is divided into several sections. This means that there are different loads on the subsoil. Each sector is excavated to the specified depth, transported and stored temporarily, and finally sampled before the material can be disposed of. The subsoil in the excavated sectors is then checked again to determine whether the results of the preliminary investigation correspond to the actual conditions. If this is the case, the area can be refilled with replacement material; otherwise, the process described in section two is repeated. This process is repeated until the measurements of the material are within the tolerable and therefore safe range.
Requirements:
- Depending on the degree of contamination, special protective equipment may be required.
- Logistically challenging in terms of temporary storage space.
