Project description:

The goods road between the Merezebach waterworks and the Rottenbrücke bridge near Münster is being widened to a width of 3.0 m and surfaced with asphalt. It is around 750 m long, has an average longitudinal gradient of 0 to 11 % and a transverse gradient of 3 % to prevent damage from meteoric water. The embankment on the uphill side is 25 cm wide, the northern one 50 cm and will later be used as a footpath. The work includes the removal of the existing surface course, the excavation and disposal of cross cuts and the construction of a foundation layer. In addition, a geogrid will be installed for reinforcement and the embankments will be landscaped. Fence foundations will also be installed, however the supply and installation of the fence is not part of the tender.
