Property description:
In 2020, the Litternahalle was demolished by the Volken Group. Construction work on the new building began at the end of 2021.
The excavation was below the groundwater level. The entire pit was first equipped with a closed sheet pile wall (Larssen 12 meters long) and appropriate filter wells. The groundwater level was lowered by approx. 1.5 m throughout the entire excavation perimeter. The excavation of the construction pit could then be carried out. A total of approx. 17,000 m3 of material was removed.
The new residential development comprises four buildings, with building A having 10 floors and buildings B, C, and D each having five or six floors. These will contain 128 rental apartments and three commercial units.
