We spoke to the impressive construction team who gave us an insight into the scope of their work:
- Construction on 3+1 levels
- Underground parking garage with soccer pitch, multi-sports field, padel court and playground above
- 20-strong team, 2 cranes
- Over 4,000 m³ of concrete poured so far
- 210 m³ poured in a single operation (7 concrete truck mixers)
- 40 minutes: one-way journey time from the Leukerfeld plant
- 12 months advance planning for materials
- 2,500 m² slab area per parking level
- Target: 70% completion by December 2025
- 200 m³ of topsoil stored for landscaping
