1 kilometer of precision. Element by element from our depot in Steg.

420 elements, 2,500 m³ of concrete, up to 5 pieces per day. After just 12 hours of curing, the specially manufactured hydraulic formwork opens and releases the next piece of infrastructure. The formwork vibrates the concrete automatically from the outside. Only the cover is compacted manually. The reinforcement cages are welded on site by specialists and delivered ready for installation.

In the end, a total sewer route of 1 kilometer is created, divided into 2 × 500 meters.
