42 years at full throttle for the Volken Group.

Last week we said goodbye to a real veteran. Ali Hagen is starting his well-deserved retirement.

His journey began on the truck in 1983, later he became master of the concrete pumps and finally the head of our workshop. Just how long he has been strengthening the backbone of the company is best illustrated by this one sentence: "I had the current management team on the pump when I was a little boy and girl in Fiesch."

Whether clearing snow in the depths of winter or as workshop manager - his motto was a law: "The vehicles simply have to run." And thanks to him, they did.

Dear Ali, thank you for your loyalty, your skills and your manner. We wish you a retirement full of health and happiness!
