A new chapter begins for our dear Paula

After a total of 20 years with the Volken Group, we are saying goodbye to our colleague Paula Ritz as she enters her well-deserved retirement.

Her journey with #TeamVolken is truly one of a kind. Paula was already with us from 1979 to 1989.

Years later, she actually returned just to help out. That turned into another ten years of dedication and reliability in the office.

Paula has witnessed our company’s tremendous growth firsthand and played a key role in every transformation. From the thick stack of paper on her desk to the introduction of digital processes with the JobRouter system, she has mastered every development with flying colors.

Dear Paula, we thank you for your loyalty and your daily dedication. You are the best proof of our strong team spirit. For this new chapter in your life, we wish you the best of health and plenty of time for everything that brings you joy.
