A residential residence takes shape: Dala development

Things are progressing rapidly on the construction site. The two modern high-rise blocks will one day become a unique residential project in the middle of the breathtaking Valais landscape. The excavation, for which 4000 m³ of material was moved, has been completed. Because vines treated with chemicals used to grow on the site, 1,000 m³ of contaminated type B soil had to be disposed of professionally. The Volken Group's experts secured the slopes of the excavation pit by rolling 200 tons of stones and applying 200 m² of shotcrete. The floor slab was an important milestone: it was professionally leveled by Pegrilla AG. Work is currently underway on the walls and ceiling in the basement.
