A well-deserved retirement for Lacic Mato

With over 40 years of experience in construction, we are saying goodbye to a true professional: Lacic Mato. As a crane operator, he has been a valued member of the Volken Group for 18 years - always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. True to his motto: "You have to see the work."

Lacic particularly appreciated the versatility on the construction site: from Sierre to Oberwald in Goms, he worked on numerous Volken Group construction sites. When asked if he enjoyed it, he replies with a smile: "Too bad I didn't come sooner." What impressed him most? He really appreciated the good and collegial cooperation.
