Our teams consist of people from all over the world who work hand in hand with one another.
Living independently for as long as possible and still being cared for if necessary. This is the aim of the new senior center in Naters. The new "Stelle" building offers 24 bright 2.5 and 3.5-room apartments for senior citizens on three floors.
During the initial preliminary investigations for the new building, archaeologists discovered the remains of Neolithic settlements. Several villages built between 4700 and 3500 BC overlap here. The site is one of the most important prehistoric sites in Valais. As the excavation work took several months, the start of construction of the new building was delayed.
The floor plan of the building mirrors two stars, the points of which stretch confidently and dynamically in all directions. This makes it possible to look in two directions from each assisted living apartment. An underground car park is being built in the basement of the three-storey building.
The new "Stelle" building will be a multi-generational home, with the local daycare center located on the second floor. This will create opportunities for different generations to come together.
