The heart of Sion is blossoming: with the Cour de Gare.

A new quarter with over 16,000 m2 will be built in the city center by the end of 2024. The Volken Group is also working here as part of the Cour de Gare consortium. In addition to 302 apartments and a hotel with 100 rooms, the complex includes commercial and office space, a concert and congress hall with 600 seats and a parking garage for 625 vehicles.
