Total closure of Lax station

Now that most of the platforms have already been rebuilt, the passenger underpass is currently being built at Lax station during the total closure of the MGB. The challenging part is that all the work has to be completed within 3 weeks. The ramps for the underpass were already built in the summer, and now the part of the underpass underneath the tracks is being constructed. Prefabricated concrete elements will be used and inserted. The ballast will then be applied and the new roadway will be made ready for use again so that trains can roll through the rebuilt station again on November 15.
