Project description:
The base plate for the battery energy storage system was constructed at the Ackersand site in the municipality of Stalden. Once the earthworks and excavation work had been completed, the ground was prepared, leveled and compacted. Subsequently, base concrete was poured as a foundation for further work. The formwork was then erected and the reinforcement laid according to plan. The floor slab was constructed using in-situ concrete, whereby the concrete was poured, compacted and finished. Finally, the concrete was cured to create a load-bearing and durable floor slab for the operation of the battery energy storage system.
