Property description:

The building comprises a basement, a ground floor, three upper floors, and an attic floor. The perimeter walls of the basement and ground floor are made of in-situ concrete, while the walls of the upper floors and the attic floor are made of a combination of in-situ concrete and, in some cases, brickwork. The load-bearing interior walls are made of in-situ concrete and brickwork.

Due to the rising water level, the simultaneous installation of geothermal probes, anchoring, and concrete work in the excavation pit was very challenging in terms of logistics and coordination.
