Property description:

The building comprises a basement, a ground floor, three upper floors, and an attic floor. The perimeter walls of the basement and ground floor are made of in-situ concrete, while the walls of the upper floors and the attic floor are made of a combination of in-situ concrete and, in some cases, brickwork. The load-bearing interior walls are made of in-situ concrete and brickwork.

Requirements
  • The walls were partially constructed in exposed concrete
  • Due to the rising water level, the simultaneous installation of geothermal probes, anchoring, and concrete work in the excavation pit was very challenging in terms of logistics and coordination.
