The new Betten parking garage project comprised the following work:
Civil engineering works:
- Demolition of existing parking garage:
- Demolition of existing parking garage (concrete, steel, sheet metal)
- Excavation work incl. securing the excavation pit, demolition work in the surrounding area, backfilling, infrastructure pipes, drainage as well as landscaping work and asphalt work.
New construction of parking garage:
- Concrete work (formwork, reinforcement, concrete), prefabricated concrete ceilings, prefabricated supports and flooring of the parking areas.
- The new parking garage has a total of 658 parking spaces.
Requirements:
- Short construction time (start demolition of old parking garage 13.03.2017 / opening of new parking garage 16.12.2017)
