Project description:

In the Litternaring area of Visp, the existing utility lines are being renovated and expanded. The project includes extensive civil engineering work involving excavation and earthworks, the construction or replacement of sewer and drainage lines, foundation layers for traffic facilities, paving work, and adjustments to curbs and paving. Additionally, inspections, construction site facilities, traffic management, and various demolition and dismantling works are part of the project. The goal is to ensure the long-term reliability and modernization of the underground infrastructure within the project perimeter.

Requirements:

• Professional execution of all civil engineering and utility line work
• Compliance with the specifications of the municipality of Visp as well as the relevant SIA and NPK standards
• Ensuring traffic safety and accessibility during the construction period
• Conducting the necessary tests and quality controls (leak tests, plate load tests, CCTV inspections)
• Coordination of the construction site, including signage, barriers, and site logistics
• Timely and phased construction
• Documentation of the work performed and test results
• Restoration of the affected traffic and surface infrastructure upon completion of the work.
