Project description:
BMS Suisse (Getaz) is building a new exhibition hall next to the sales and storage area in Visp.
On behalf of Holzbau, we carried out the master builder work for the subsequent timber construction of the hall.
Our services consisted of demolishing the asphalt, excavating and coffering and then constructing a floor slab and the elevator shaft/stair tower in in-situ concrete.
In the course of excavating the construction pit, all existing utility lines located within the construction perimeter were also relocated.
The work was completed on schedule to everyone's satisfaction and the timber construction hall was then erected as planned.
Requirements:
- Execution of the floor slab in mono-concrete with increased requirements (+/- 5mm below 4m lath).
