Construction work at the Cour de Gare

Together with the companies Zengaffinen Unternehmungen and DUMAS SA, the Volken Group is realizing the shell construction for the Cour de Gare project in Sion as part of the CDG consortium. Six buildings with 302 apartments, office space, stores, a hotel and a conference and concert hall for the city are being built near the railroad station. A parking garage with 625 spaces is also planned. According to HRS, the new quarter will form an extension of the center and old town of Sion. The owner is Credit Suisse Fondation de Placement and the developer is Cour de Gare - Sion SA. The first residents are expected in fall 2024.
