He's building his future: bricklayer's apprentice Alain Ritz.

“Before my apprenticeship at the Volken Group, I worked in an office. But I’m more of a team player who likes to tackle projects and build things together with others.” The newly certified mason appreciates not only the opportunity to collaborate with different people but also the variety and the chance to work with the latest technology. “What could be better than being out in the fresh air every day, seeing the progress firsthand, and looking back at the end of the day to see everything you’ve accomplished?” He’s done an outstanding job: After three years of training, Alain passed his exam with the highest score. Now he’s already setting his sights on his next goal—he wants to become a foreman.
We warmly congratulate Alain Ritz on his outstanding achievement and wish him all the best for the future!
